Sloppy English. That should be the term to describe the dilect of Baltimoreans. Garbled words.

"axing a fool"- when you make a fool out of yourself
"Sha-er"- gets you clean
"Man tal aty"- state of Baltimoreans mind
"Sto"- where to shop
"Dawg"- enemy to the cat
"Far"- what firefighters battle with water
"Acts somebody" - what you have to do when you are lost.......
